Returns or exchanges

If you have had a change of heart or the product is not suitable you can make a return or exchange.  Please note the following conditions...

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED. 

 

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED AND IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

The cost of The Return Delivery is with the sender however, we can arrange a Return collection for you, the cost of this service is £55+ VAT UK Mainland only . We can then deduct this cost from your final refund.

 

Once it arrives back in our warehouse and has been checked we will then issue a refund. 

Once the refund is issued please allow for the banking system to process the money back to you.  We will not refund the original delivery charge.

 

Made to Order items cannot be returned please refer to our T&C's

If you have any damage on delivery or if the item is faulty please contact us asap. Could you please email us the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The address where the item is located

  • Photographs of any damage or a description of what is wrong.
